North Texas and TCU have earned impressive awards as the college season comes to a close. UNT’s women, coached by Sujay Lama, won the Sun Belt Conference Championship, while Dave Borelli's Lady Frogs won the Mountain West Tournament in San Diego, completing an 18-5 season. Both teams are waiting to find out when and where they will play in the NCAA Tournament.

TCU players Nick Chappell and Stefanie Tan won Freshman of the Year honors, giving the Horned Frogs the men’s and women’s awards. Chappell and Tan played all of their matches at No. 1 singles.
